HaptiSeq Privacy Policy

HaptiSeq is a vibration interval timer for Android phones and Wear OS watches, made by Satellite Moon
LLC ("Satellite Moon", "we", "us"), a Vermont limited liability company. This policy explains what
information HaptiSeq handles and what happens to it.
The short version
HaptiSeq does not collect, sell or share your personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no
analytics and no tracking. Your presets and settings stay on your own devices.
Information stored on your devices
HaptiSeq saves the presets you create and your settings: session lengths, vibration patterns, names,
icons and display choices. It also saves the state of a running session, so a session can continue if
the app is closed. All of this is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone and watch. We never receive it.
You can delete it at any time by deleting presets in the app, clearing the app's data in Android
settings, or uninstalling the app.
Sending presets between your watch and phone
When you tap Send to watch or Send to phone, HaptiSeq copies that preset to your other device using
Google's Wear OS Data Layer, part of Google Play services. Depending on how your devices are connected, Google may route this transfer through its servers. The preset goes only to your own paired device; we do not receive it. Google's handling of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy:

Purchases
HaptiSeq can be unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase made through Google Play. Google processes
the payment. We never see or store your card or other payment details. The app asks Google Play only
whether the unlock has been purchased on your Google account, so it can enable those features on your
phone and watch.
Google provides us with limited order information, such as an order number, the date, the price and
the country of purchase. We use it only for accounting, tax records, and handling refunds or support
requests. Google Play's terms and Google's Privacy Policy apply to purchases.
Device permissions
HaptiSeq asks for these permissions only to make the timer work:
HaptiSeq does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, health or fitness data, or files - other than those created directly by the app for its described function. Contacting us If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we keep that correspondence in our mailbox or archived. We don't add you to any mailing list unless otherwise requested by you. Children HaptiSeq is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Changes to this policy If HaptiSeq changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
